This course is dedicated to the cute and stockpiling squirrel, which we will not only felt in two different formats but also provide with treats — acorns and mushrooms.

What will be in the course?

In this course, we create wonderful squirrels with fluffy tails both as a figurine toy and as a finger puppet in wet felting technique. Two courses in one!
In the course, I work on two toys — a miniature and a finger puppet — so you will get the most complete foundation for working in 3D wet felt in a miniature format.
In the process, we will not only explore the possibilities of wet felting for creating volumetric felt, but also study related techniques: needle felting for working with small details, and creating a fluffy tail using different fibers.

Woollen miniature animals and birds in any format are incredibly touching. They leave no one indifferent, invariably cause smiles. Most of my friends have similar crumbs settled in their pockets or on their desks for a long time, everyone is happy with such a gift, even adults and serious people. After all, we are still children inside. Even when we play adult games, we need a discharge and good mood. By the way, miniature toys create a mood already in the process of creation, because felting them is a real art therapy with a guaranteed wonderful result.

This course is for self-study but you have my support via online chat. The course consists of 17 pre-recorded lessons, divided for your convenience by the logic of work: materials, layout, needle felting, shrinkage, etc.
Lessons are supported with short descriptions and some extra useful information. 
The course is accompanied by a PDF-file with a detailed list of what you need and ready-made patterns in full size for printing.
